Returns and Refunds 

When you commission a hand painted portrait, you are investing in a uniquely customized and one-of-a-kind piece of art. Because each portrait is created specifically for you. I take great care in hand picking the highest quality materials to ensure that your painting will last a lifetime.

If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size, or your product was damaged in transit, I will support you in all your questions. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

Order cancellations

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a cancellation may be possible in certain circumstances. The reason for this is that I usually begin painting your portrait as soon as you place your order.
